Building Services Manager, Immediately required in Leeds.
RCM Ltd are working with a National Tier 1 Contractor who are looking to recruit for an ambitious Building Services Manager to join their established team.
This role would be suitable for individuals based in Leeds, Sheffield, Huddersfield, Bradford and surrounding areas.
As the Building Services Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing direct staff and specialist mechanical / electrical subcontractors on site
- Managing projects within the commercial, health care and CAT A/CAT B fit-out sectors
- Instrumental in the pretender / design process ensuring that you have full understanding of the project before commencing works on site
- Overlooking the project from inception through to handover
- Attending client and site meetings
- Managing the commercials for the projects which you are assigned to
- Work in partnership with fellow Construction Managers/Directors which are on site
The Building Services Manager, you will have:
- Previous experience within an Mechanical / Electrical Project Manager role, on M&E projects worth up to £15M
- HNC Qualified in an Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline
- You must have experience in delivering projects within the health care, logistics, warehousing and commercial sectors
